Job Summary
Convention Services Coordinator coordinates logistics for meetings, banquets, and social events; prepares and sends Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, and event paperwork; serves as a client contact for assigned groups and communicates updates across hotel teams; assists with site tours, pre-convention meetings, on-site monitoring, and post-event follow-up; tracks changes, billing details, and maintains accurate records in Delphi/Ungerboeck (or similar)
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of hotel departments and event flow
- Proficiency with event software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organization, multitasking, communication, and guest service
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays); able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
