Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of all Complex meeting spaces, heart of house service areas, loading docks, and exterior awnings, walkways, and windows. Perform carpet care, chandelier cleaning, and general upkeep of furniture, fixtures, walls, and baseboards across Broadmoor Hall, Colorado Hall, International Center, Bartolin Hall, Cheyenne Lodge, Mountain Club House, and Fish House. Support Convention Services floor care equipment upkeep, repairs, and recommended purchases while ensuring proper placement and seasonal storage of exterior furniture. Transport materials, linens, and supplies across the resort using a valid driver's license. Uphold Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Valid Driver's License
- 18 years or older
- Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Upholding and abiding by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Housekeeping supervisory experience
- Prior hospitality experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
