Convention Facilities - HVAC Foreman

Manage, schedule, and supervise the preventive maintenance program and general repair of air-conditioning and heating systems across all City facilities. Prepare recurring reports and assemble information from multiple sources to support maintenance, repair, and replacement of units. Provide daily supervision to HVAC Technicians and make daily decisions on a variety of items ranging from simple to difficult. This role supports the City of McAllen's mission of providing high-quality public service through integrity, accountability, and commitment.
