Job Summary
Meet with department managers, directors, and the general manager to gain insights across Sales, Operations, AV, and Food & Beverage. Complete an onboarding workbook detailing all departments, then work shifts in each area to learn day-to-day workflows and operational decision-making. Build event resumes and floor plans using CAD and Momentus programs while completing department-specific projects as directed by supervisors. This role offers comprehensive exposure to convention center business through hands-on collaboration with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- A Hospitality or Experience Design Management student
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule (20-28 hours per week)
- Perform well under pressure
