Convenience Store Team Member

Job Summary
Provide customers with a quick, efficient check-out experience and friendly service; process and handle monetary transactions at the point of sale; assist in Gas Mart operations including fuel pumps, islands, and related documentation; ensure compliance with regulations for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol; maintain stock and set up displays; promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and credit card initiatives; open and close the store and maintain security; perform C-Store cleaning and sanitation; respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures; work in various temperatures and a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, including simple math
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work in a variety of temperatures, including the cooler, freezer, and external/outdoor temperatures
