Convenience Store Supervisor

Lead a Convenience Store location in Rochester, NY by ensuring customer satisfaction through positive, professional interactions and maintaining strict adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Master team member responsibilities while working hands-on alongside staff to train, coach, and evaluate their performance. Uphold Delta Sonic's quality standards by addressing all customers enthusiastically and managing daily operations including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, snow clearing, and landscaping. Complete an extensive paid Manager Training Program to develop leadership and retail expertise. This role requires a minimum of three years in leadership, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, and weekends.
