Job Summary
Fleet Manager built around managing a regional accounts portfolio for fuel and car washes, with responsibilities to optimize profitability, volume, and receivables, implement sales and marketing strategies, identify new bulk commercial customers, enforce credit policies, and maintain client relationships. Requires remote work and site travel in northern California (50%), plus monthly travel to Southern California sites; strong communication with Marketing and regional leadership, cross-divisional collaboration, and ability to negotiate contracts and identify opportunities. Proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders is expected.
Required Qualifications
