Manage cash balancing, accounting procedures, and profit drivers like labor and inventory variances to optimize profitability and meet sales goals. Ensure compliance with policies, maintain visual merchandising standards, and resolve customer complaints or staff matters professionally. Provide 24/7 store oversight, enforce daily operating procedures for cleanliness and food safety, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
