Job Summary
The C-Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the assigned location, directing staff to deliver courteous, consistent customer service and achieve store goals. Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, foodservice, operations, employee staffing and development, employee relations, and monitoring store profitability. Requires initiative, attention to detail, supervisory ability, and the capacity to project a positive company image through respectful, team-oriented leadership. Qualifications include a high school education or equivalent, prior management experience preferred, effective communication, and the ability to work weekends and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment.
