Job Summary
Convenience Store Manager needed to oversee daily operations at a Butler, GA location. Responsibilities include managing, directing, and supervising daily store activities; ensuring excellent customer service, merchandising, and foodservice; handling operations, staffing, employee relations, and store profitability; enforcing company policies and brand procedures; developing a positive store culture and leading CSR/Lead CSR/Shift Leader roles. Requires high school education or equivalent and prior management experience; must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment. Includes 90-day introductory period and temporary employment status; benefits such as 401(k), medical/dental insurance, and PTO offered. Salary is based on experience; location participates in E-verify.
