Job Summary
Manage, direct, and supervise daily operations of the assigned location while delivering courteous customer service aligned with company policies. Oversee customer service, merchandising, foodservice, operations, employee staffing, development, relations, and store profitability. Enforce job descriptions for CSR, Lead CSR, and Shift Leader/Keyholder roles. Create a positive store culture by treating employees fairly with respect. Maintain high standards of personal grooming and communication skills. Work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the growing retail operation of Convenience Stores Inc, a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, emphasizing customer service as the top priority.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be dependable
- Must have the ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to maintain total customer focus
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good personal grooming habits
- Must be able to stand up to 10 hours during a shift
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to climb a ladder on occasion
- Must be able to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must be able to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
