Job Summary
Oversee daily operations at a convenience and fuel store, leading a team of 8–10 members through recruitment, training, scheduling, and coaching. Manage inventory, merchandising, and promotional programs while monitoring sales data to drive profitability and reduce shrink. Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations. Resolve customer concerns promptly and enforce company policies to maintain a welcoming environment. Handle financial procedures including deposits, reconciliations, and wage/expense control. Requires high school diploma, one year of retail management experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on employee engagement and development
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
