Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of store operations for a Western North Carolina convenience-store chain. Manage Shift Managers and oversee training and coaching for all store employees. Responsible for all store financials including sales, labor, and shrink. Drive the food program to ensure a quality and profitable offer while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and crew. Attend necessary job meetings. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or GED required
- College degree in related field; business or hospitality a plus
- Clean background, drug test, and drivers license
- Experience in high volume people management role
- Must have retail and/or restaurant or C-store experience
