Job Summary
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to company standards, maintain clean and organized shelves, assist with merchandising resets and seasonal product changes, receive and place delivered merchandise, report discrepancies, greet guests and provide assistance, and work cooperatively with other departments to support smooth store operations. The role emphasizes staying active in a fast-paced retail environment, following safety procedures, and delivering friendly, attentive service while maintaining accurate stock and display organization. Requires high school diploma or GED preferred, ability to work in a bustling store, strong attention to detail, teamwork, effective communication, and basic computer knowledge. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods. Hours: 6 AM - 2 PM, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, grocery, convenience store, or customer service experience is helpful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Ability to use sound judgment and follow standard procedures
