Convenience Store Assistant Manager

Oversee daily operations of a Mirabito Convenience Store, including rendering top-tier customer service through a trained staff and ensuring product availability. Manage the store in the Store Manager's absence while developing a fully staffed environment with trained management and sales associates. Monitor business processes to achieve store goals, evaluate employee performance against mission-critical objectives, and connect with the community to drive success. Comply with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and local tobacco and alcohol regulations. Some night and weekend shifts are required, with flexibility needed for sudden schedule changes.
