Job Summary
Assist the store manager in all aspects of store operations to ensure business initiatives are met. Enforce daily operating procedures to keep the facility clean, stocked, and organized while maintaining brand image standards. Supervise and train retail clerks and gas station attendants, reviewing performance and offering coaching as needed. Provide customer service assistance, handle exchanges, and resolve complaints professionally. Motivate team members to ensure excellent service, implement monthly promotions, and complete daily paperwork and computer entries. Collaborate with team leads on achieving specific goals while adhering to all Tribal ordinances, regulations, and internal controls. Requires 5 years of customer service and cash handling experience including 2 years in management. Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and strong mathematical and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years customer service, cash handling, and store experience
- at least 2 years management experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid state Driver's License
- good mathematical skills

- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
