Job Summary
In-market field sales role in Cincinnati, OH responsible for delivering flawless store execution and driving revenue growth. You will manage a 300-store territory, expand distribution, execute shelving principles, activate promotions and secondary displays, and monitor KPIs. Build and maintain relationships with store owners and key customers, leverage selling, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills to anticipate needs and overcome objections, and log activity in Salesforce. Requires traveling within the territory, strong interpersonal skills, CRM proficiency, MS Office familiarity, and a High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred). Base salary is $45,000 with eligibility for a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
