Job Summary
In-market, field sales role handling a 300-store territory to execute Mondelēz's Perfect Store standards, expand distribution, execute shelving and promotions, and drive revenue growth. Duties include tracking KPIs, using CRM to log activity and intel, assessing store route viability, building relationships with store owners and key customers, leveraging selling, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and traveling within the territory to meet objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse customers
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
