Influence senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for initiatives while owning end-to-end delivery across space, range, value, and proposition. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategic plans into actionable roadmaps, monitor KPIs, and continuously optimise initiatives for maximum impact. Navigate ambiguity and deliver results through a data-led approach and effective collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven project management experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Demonstrable experience using merchandising, ranging, or space planning principles
