Job Summary
Join our team as a Controls & Test Engineering Technician where you'll play a critical role in the startup of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include commissioning and validating functional test equipment, performing end-to-end debugging, and training staff on safe operation. In ongoing production, you'll respond to equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement hardware and software improvements for safety and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC systems, troubleshooting skills, and ability to document processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with PLC controlled stations and test equipment
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting on production floor
- Familiarity with documenting changes and operating procedures
- Knowledge of hardware/software improvements and test coverage enhancements
Additional Requirements
