Job Summary
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking Systems, including single-phase and three-phase electrical systems up to 600 volts, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and sensors. Oversee maintenance, modifications, and system upgrades for facility equipment while ensuring compliance with division, corporate, and regulatory requirements. Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain the CMMS/EAM system. Complete testing of equipment and instrumentation systems, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and refrigeration components. Install and configure computer hardware, software, and PLC programs using MS Office and MHE software such as RSLogix and Sort Director. Work extended hours as needed to meet productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field
- Must be willing to work extended hours, as needed, in order to meet productivity goals
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification
