Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and program plant controls systems including PLCs, HMIs, DCS, VFDs, instrumentation, and electrical infrastructure. Diagnose equipment issues to improve reliability, efficiency, safety, and product quality while reading electrical drawings and ladder logic for continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to technicians supporting high-quality maintenance practices. Work Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm with occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience, including PLC programming, hardware, and equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, high and low voltage experience, and interface with ladder logic
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Experience in the alcohol beverage, food and beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing industry
- Rockwell Automation controls training or certification
- Allen Bradley and Panasonic PLC Experience
