Job Summary
Provide hands-on technical support for automation, servo-motion, PLCs, and electrical repairs. Analyze controls-related problems on equipment, develop and standardize documentation and software, and troubleshoot issues related to automation concerns. Troubleshoot, install, and repair motor controls circuits, drives, motion controls devices, and e-stop circuits while performing field wiring of devices in the shop or on the production floor. Develop technical SOPs for new and existing equipment, assist in audits and inspections, and work with outside contractors to safely perform jobs. Program and troubleshoot drives, set up sensors and field devices, and execute special projects assigned by the Director of Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
