Job Summary
Lead and develop high-performing HVAC service operations team; drive day-to-day operations, plan technician routes, and optimize efficiency while balancing operational excellence with financial performance. Partner with Sales to support opportunities and drive installation growth; set and monitor performance targets, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver high-quality service. Recruit, coach, and provide career development for technicians; conduct performance reviews and planning, and build strong customer relationships to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and customer satisfaction. Collaborate to shape branch and regional strategy and contribute to market growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HVAC service operations
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing, developing, and driving team performance
- Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
- 8+ years in HVAC operations with leadership responsibilities (mentioned in role description)
