Job Summary
Control System Engineering – Quality independently ensures product development conforms to declared processes, maintains and continually improves those processes, and collaborates with program teams. Responsibilities include independent review of lifecycle data, audits, witnessing key development activities, overseeing supplier engineering quality, and liaising with civil and military airworthiness. The role requires familiarity with processes, products, development tools, and a proactive, supportive approach to the team, with a focus on process assurance and quality within engineering programs. Hybrid/onsite work pattern with three days per week in the office in Indianapolis, IN; relocation assistance available. Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Engineering with relevant experience or advanced degrees acceptable; must be a U.S. citizen.
