Job Summary
Conduct process audits across vehicle assembly plants to ensure alignment with regional and corporate standards. Monitor audit issues action plans, read findings across all facilities, and drive corrective actions to eliminate non-conformances. Develop, maintain, and communicate audit schedules while updating the Process Audit Checklist and identifying training gaps for internal auditors. Organize specific training sessions to calibrate standards and improve in-system containments. Manage priority quality issues, communicate them to stakeholders, and solicit feedback to influence change without direct authority. Drive the deployment of MQGRs, MQAS, and Corporate Process Guidelines while establishing partnerships internally and externally.
Required Qualifications
- Capacity to work in team
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build solid partnerships both internally and externally
- Knowledge of Problem Solving and Project Management
- Knowledge and ability to read the main Quality Key Indicators
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous work experience conducting audits in a manufacturing environment (ie: familiarity with assembly, stamping, paint, MQGRs, MQAS, CPGs, CPA, Torque)
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering/Technical degree
- Experience in Manufacturing or Quality environment
- Experience supervising hourly
- Previous Manufacturing and/or Quality experience
- Stellantis Customer Experience, preferably in Safety, Cost, Station Layout Quality and Environment
- Knowledge of Plant Production Methods / Processes (BIW, Paint, GA, Plastics)
- Knowledge of QMS Operational Standards, & SPW Fundamentals
