Job Summary
Conduct operational technology programs, interfaces, and support across assembly lines, datacenters, and beverage facilities, providing managed SCADA services and commissioning in the field. Perform instrumentation calibration, control cabinet troubleshooting, and RTU/PLC programming using Ladder Logic, Sequential Function Blocks, and Structured Text. Design control panels, draft P&IDs, and develop DCS and SCADA systems for industries including energy, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Work in hybrid environments with a target 20% travel expectation, collaborating on cross-functional teams to deliver quality deliverables. Apply expertise in Rockwell, Siemens, and Ignition platforms alongside advanced process control and electrical engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to travel without restrictions
- Target travel expectation for the year is 20%
- Familiarity with 61131-3 Programming
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with cross-functional and discipline teams effectively
- Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Red Lion, Opto22, Ignition, VT SCADA, Phoenix Contact, Emerson, and other platform experience
- Advanced Process Control Expertise
- Discrete Automation and Robotic Controls
- Expertise with P&IDs, Control Narratives, Cause and Effects, SIS
- Electrical Engineering
- UL, IEC, NIST, CSA and other industrial standards
- Drive expertise AC/DC/Servo/VFD
