Job Summary
The Controls / Robotics Engineer role involves designing and implementing control systems for industrial processes, requiring expertise in PLC/Servo Control System programming and HMI/SCADA. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science
- 4 to 15 years of relevant engineering experience
- Firm grasp of controller programming languages including Function Block, Ladder, Sequential Function Chart, and Structured Text
- MS-SQL database management skills and programming ability
- AutoCAD software proficiency for equipment panel layouts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Food and Beverage, Building Management Systems, Oil & Gas, Grain Handling or Wood Products industries
- Experience in basic safety requirements and processes within the industries noted
Additional Requirements
- Must have the desire and ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally
