Job Summary
Develop and sell commercial HVAC controls and building automation system projects, including upgrades, retrofits, repairs, modifications, and replacements. Evaluate existing control systems to identify customer needs and prepare project designs, scopes of work, cost estimates, and formal proposals. Manage inbound opportunities while building relationships with facility owners, managers, engineers, and decision-makers to present solutions based on system performance and value. Coordinate with internal teams to transition sold projects from proposal through execution. Requires 3+ years of HVAC or controls sales experience with technical proficiency in BAS and DDC systems. Base salary up to $100k/year plus commission, located in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven success in HVAC sales OR HVAC/controls field experience with strong technical proficiency
- Experience with HVAC controls, building automation systems (BAS), DDC controls, building controls, or related commercial control systems
- Commercial HVAC or commercial building systems experience
- Experience developing and selling technical project solutions, including project scope, estimates, proposals, upgrades, retrofits, repairs, or system modifications
