Controls Project Manager

Manage project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction for assigned controls projects, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Review contract documents to identify risks and develop mitigation plans while financially managing cash flow, monthly forecasts, and expense monitoring. Utilize qualified subcontractors by overseeing RFQ processes, awarding contracts, and managing execution. Collaborate with technicians and subcontractors to establish task schedules, review plans and specifications, and handle change order management. Lead project administration including scope validation, compliance, documentation, and safety guidelines. Maintain Monday to Thursday onsite presence with flexible Friday location options.
