Job Summary
Controls Project Manager leads HVAC building controls and energy projects from scoping through bid, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Oversees scope development, estimating, scheduling, project management, and finances; forecasts project finances and secures utility incentives; coordinates communication between project team, utility representatives, and clients; directs engineers, technicians, electricians, and subcontractors; reviews specifications and design documents to minimize changes; manages detailed estimating and evaluates contractual scope of work for the building performance group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Proven track record of delivering HVAC controls projects on time and within budget
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams
- USGBC LEED certifications are a plus
