Job Summary
As the Controls Product Manager, you will manage all controls-related products, overseeing marketing research, pricing, and training. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing product roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, technical problem-solving aptitude, and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. Additionally, the role involves overseeing product lifecycles, providing technical support, and ensuring product alignment with market demands. Travel is required up to 35% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of related sales engineering and/or engineering design experience
- Excellent planning, communication, organization, and execution skills
- Ability to travel 25-35% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Control Systems and/or Variable Frequency Drives
- Experience with Navision
- Knowledge of Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug test before beginning work
