Job Summary
Understand and follow work instructions, control plans, and safety protocols while maintaining an organized plant environment. Perform PLC ladder logic troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and programming for analog inputs/outputs, scan time functional block diagrams, and Ethernet systems. Troubleshoot motors, drives, robotics, PCs, and HMIs, assisting automation engineers with line upgrades and installations. Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills, decision-making, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Complete established on-site or off-site training and adhere to a safety-driven culture. Overtime may be required as workload dictates.
Required Qualifications
- AAS Degree with an Automation emphasis
- 3-5 years of experience in controls, electrical, or maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to Work All Shifts
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Basic skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis

- Self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
