Controls Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems on production machines using PLC programming software and schematic diagrams. Observe installed equipment to detect hazards and provide feedback to the Maintenance Supervisor before implementing wiring, programming, or part changeouts. Document repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the plant using the Enterprise Asset Management work order system while maintaining program backups for all electrical devices. Trace component issues and accurately document set-points and parameters. Requires 2 years of related experience, an Associate's degree in a technical field, and forklift/aerial platform licenses. Schedule includes Monday through Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am with Friday overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 2-years experience in a closely related role
- Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial platform licenses
- Enterprise Asset Management software experience
- ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs proficiently

- Associate's degree in a technical-related field
