Job Summary
Design, program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems while supporting automated production lines and process control. Manage system architecture, server infrastructure, and network connectivity for IT and OT environments, ensuring secure integration between manufacturing equipment and business applications. Lead capital projects, develop technical specifications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, maintenance, and operations teams. This fully on-site role in Duncansville, PA requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT with 7+ years of experience in industrial controls, automation, and systems engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in either: Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in industrial controls, automation, systems engineering, or information technology
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and industrial networks
- Proven project management and troubleshooting experience via Logical Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis
- Proficient understanding of Information Technology systems, networks and devices (PC's, Printers, Switches, Servers, Phones)
- Proficient Controls and Networking Experience
