Job Summary
Controls & IT Systems Engineer responsible for supporting OT and IT across plant operations, with Siemens PLC programming (TIA Portal) focus; duties include programming/troubleshooting Siemens PLCs, maintaining HMIs and control panels, OT/IT system troubleshooting, IT/end-user support, network infrastructure maintenance, system integrations with ERP and SQL-based apps, documentation, on-call production support, and coordinating with Corporate IT and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with Siemens PLC programming (TIA Portal)
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing / automotive environments
- Ability to troubleshoot across both automation (OT) and IT systems
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and Windows environments
- Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
