Job Summary

Lead complex integration scopes through shop testing, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning while serving as technical authority for controls systems. Develop and execute control solutions integrating mechanical, electrical, and software platforms, providing final validation and sign-off on functionality. Mentor junior and mid-level integrators, conduct field coordination meetings, and drive project risks through early communication and planning. Own schedule, scope, and quality for assigned packages while collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, MDE, Fab, and Assets teams. This role requires 7+ years of experience, advanced schematic reading, and Metal Fabrication skills. Travel approximately 120 days annually in entertainment conditions involving extended standing, lifting 70 lbs, and exposure to dust or loud noises.

Required Qualifications

  • GED/ High School Diploma
  • 7+ years of experience as an integrator or relevant external experience
  • Demonstrated success leading medium-to-large-scale technical projects or site teams
  • Strong Metal Fabrication skills such as cutting, grinding, aligning and welding
  • Advanced ability to read, interpret, and redline electrical schematics
  • Proven track record in commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting of complex control systems
  • Strong Written Communication: Proficient in documenting technical processes and communicating effectively in writing
  • Ability to Travel and Work in 'Entertainment Conditions': Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods, often working in dynamic, fast-paced environments typical of the entertainment industry
  • Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel approximately 120 days per year, depending on project requirements
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or move 70 lbs. with or without assistance
  • Must be able to pull or push 140 lbs
  • Must be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work within or visit areas where required. This includes, safety glasses, reflective vest, ear plugs, safety toed shoes, and other PPE as required by the location
  • Ability to work in 'entertainment conditions' including a wide variety of working places such as shops, backstage, catwalks at height, construction areas, theme parks, and cruise ships
