Job Summary
Lead controls integration engagements, helping clients leverage technology investments to address compliance risks and regulatory needs. Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, overseeing project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while identifying new business opportunities. Mentor junior team members and optimize internal processes to improve service delivery and productivity. Provide insights on industry best practices and emerging trends, utilizing AI technologies to enhance control environments. Develop executive-level presentations to communicate complex recommendations across processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field of study
- 6+ years of controls integration, audit and compliance experience
- Focus on supporting the development and deployment of internal controls during the implementation of major ERP (SAP, Oracle, D365) technologies and 3rd party finance applications
- Technical/configuration knowledge, especially for core Financial business processes, within the major ERP's
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and the ability to incorporate AI into daily work and client execution
- Willingness to continually take on challenging projects with new or ambiguous subject matter
- Strong project management experience, including: workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communicating with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing
- Strong leadership skills and executive presence
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support
- Must be available for 8 days of in-person work per month
- Must be willing to travel 20-40%
Desired Qualifications
- Significant number of deployments of major ERP systems where you supported and led the integration of controls prior to go-live
- Experience with GRC platforms that support segregation of duties, sensitive access and user provisioning and deprovisioning for ERP systems
- Foundational understanding of role security and authorization concepts used by ERP systems
