Job Summary
Design, program, test, and support PLC and HMI systems while developing Unified Namespace (UNS) architecture to transition manufacturing from paper-based processes to digital batch records. Integrate PLCs, IIoT sensors, and edge devices into scalable data models and OT pipelines, configuring MQTT architectures and migrating SCADA platforms. Lead FAT and SAT activities, create validation documentation for cGMP and FDA compliance, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma to build dashboards and ROI models. Oversee large-scale projects and manufacturing process enhancements, guiding project teams to solve complex engineering challenges and aligning strategies with operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 4+ years in controls, automation, or integration
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to machinery and noise
