Job Summary
Field Service Engineer to support Aftermarket Services on complex building automation and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include solving complex system problems, leading others on problem resolution, performing system maintenance on field controllers, servers and workstations, reviewing equipment and scheduling modifications, implementing time management to ensure customer satisfaction, documenting and communicating project status to customers, and providing site-specific training to owners/operators on upgrades/services. Preferred qualifications include higher degrees in HVAC/Controls or related fields, working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, experience integrating various building automation systems, ability to read Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical blueprints, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or technical field
- Valid and current Driver’s License
- ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders or use lift equipment
