Job Summary
Build, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements with measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use. Drive incident management to reduce mean time to resolution, develop and implement automated tasks to improve efficiency, and enforce secure configurations to protect hardware, software, and data. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define IT infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives via data-driven approaches. Lead and coach teams, embody Barclays Leadership LEAD behaviours, and guide stakeholders through complex technical challenges. Location: Pune, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Build Engineering, Incident Management, Automation, Security, and cross-functional teamwork; leadership or people-management responsibilities; ability to lead complex infrastructure projects; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication with stakeholders.
