Job Summary
The Controls Engineering Supervisor leads and supports projects within the Controls Engineering organization, manages project workloads, and supervises a team of Automation Control Technicians. Responsibilities include control system design, troubleshooting electrical systems, developing and testing equipment software, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a related field
- Previous PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting experience
- Control system design experience with Allen Bradley preferred, Siemens a plus
- Knowledge of vision system, ABB robotics and Fanuc
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisor or leadership role
