Job Summary
Maintain and improve automation controls systems by programming, troubleshooting critical issues, and performing periodic audits to increase equipment uptime. Review shift reports, input data into PLC logs, and participate in managerial meetings while working cross-functionally with other departments. Evaluate new manufacturing technologies, implement error proofing requirements, and lead continuous improvement projects to meet facility and customer needs. Follow health and safety processes and maintain documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2+ years of industry experience, and proficiency in Allen Bradley, Siemens, C++, and ladder logic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or in related fields
- 2+ year experience in industry and related equipment
- English proficiency
