Job Summary
Controls Engineer to install, debug, and program equipment; champion Poka-Yoke initiatives to enhance quality and safety; collaborate with Maintenance to prioritize projects; support Machine Repair in troubleshooting automated equipment; maintain up-to-date documentation for manufacturing equipment; work with all shifts to improve efficiency, productivity, and uptime; serve as a resource on production-area projects (Poka-Yokes, cell modifications); requires an associate degree (or equivalent) and PLC programming experience with robotics and industrial equipment; on-site in Elizabethtown, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in programming and troubleshooting robotics and control equipment.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience with industrial equipment, including specifications and installation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming.
