Job Summary
Design, implement, and support DCS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA software alongside electrical hardware systems for process and manufacturing automation projects. Investigate and solve complex problems while building strong relationships with customers, peers, and supervisors. Address on-call requests as needed and maintain a minimum of 80% billable status with leadership and sales assistance. Leverage experience in DeltaV, Rockwell, and Siemens technologies to design modifications with client discretion and provide support to fellow team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field
- 5-10 years of experience in process control and automation
- Ability to support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
- Ability to address on-call requests as needed
- Remaining a minimum of 80% billable with leadership and sales assistance
Desired Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in programming/developing/configuring DeltaV, PLC, HMI, DCS, and SCADA software for control systems (experience with Rockwell, FactoryTalk View SE/ME; iFix, PlantPAx, PCS7, Siemens, or Wonderware is a plus)
