Controls Engineer role supporting manufacturing operations with programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining control systems and drive technologies under guidance of senior engineers; requires foundational knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, electrical schematics, and industrial networks, plus internship experience in manufacturing engineering and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics, or related engineering field
- Internship experience within manufacturing engineering
- Working knowledge of electrical schematics and industrial networks
- Knowledge of PLCs
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work on equipment and support the production and maintenance teams
- Demonstrated competency in basic use of hand tools, including multimeters
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
