Job Summary
Controls EIT role in Hatch’s Technologies Group (Mississauga HQ) supporting global projects in the power and control technologies field. Responsibilities include control and automation software development (design, programming, commissioning at client sites), P&ID development, data and system analysis to diagnose limitations and identify improvements, and collaboration with vendors/clients to achieve positive outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Must be a recent graduate of a Bachelor of Engineering or Applied Science degree from an accredited university in the controls, electrical, mechatronics (or related) discipline.
- Academic courses should include Control Systems, Programming and Electric Circuits.
- Must have proven skills with MATLAB and MS Office.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, R, Python, LabView, PLC programming and other real-time controllers an asset.
