Job Summary
Controls Building Intelligence Specialist responsible for programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting building control systems per plans and specifications, with emphasis on creating cost-effective, customer-aligned BAS solutions. Serves as technical resource to installation team and subcontractors, reviews legacy systems for feasibility or replacement, and communicates design details to customers and field teams. Requires extensive experience in building automation, Niagara N4/AX (certifications preferred), DDC programming, building analytics, and the ability to lead and mentor technicians. Travel may be required; valid driver’s license needed. Pay range: $50/hr-$65/hr equivalent starting pay ($104,000–$135,200 annualized).
Required Qualifications
- Niagara N4, AX, & Advanced N4/AX certified or 10+ years related experience
- Experience with building analytics
- HVAC industry knowledge
- Proficient in all DDC system programming
- Experience with integrating legacy control systems
- Program and test programmable controllers; network configurations; peer-to-peer support and product training travel
