Job Summary
Execute ad-hoc assessments and testing on the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls to identify weaknesses and mitigate risks. Develop detailed test plans and procedures aligned with control policies, then communicate key findings to stakeholders to drive corrective actions and improve control efficiency. Lead a team in delivering complex assignments, coaching employees on objectives while establishing consistent testing methodologies across the bank. Build and maintain a knowledge centre containing documentation of assessments and training materials to upskill colleagues. Advise senior managers on decision-making and contribute to policy development to strengthen the internal controls framework.
