Controls Analyst

Maintain and support DCS, SIS, and PLC systems for refinery operations, focusing on Siemens S7 platforms and the H2 unit. Perform server patching, reboots, logic troubleshooting, and configuration changes while coordinating annual SIS testing and inventory management. Execute work aligned with Management of Change requirements, including alarm limit changes and minor control implementations. Provide on-call support for third-party devices and maintain control system network integrity and data transfer logic. Generate alarm metrics and PARR reports, document all changes per established procedures, and coordinate priorities with personnel. Complete assigned troubleshooting, updates, and issue resolution to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant system operation.
